Calma Living S.L. are using the software “Chekin” and Guests accept to share private information for the stay through this software. It’s a legal requirement from Spain that Calma Living S.L. as a Host provides information to Police.

Below you will find Chekin’s policy that you accept when booking at us directly:

The general regulatory framework is the European GDPR 679/2016 on the protection of personal data.

  1. General

To enable the use of the Chekin application and the rest of the platforms on which Chekin’s services are offered, it is necessary to be a registered user of the same and accept the privacy rules detailed below for this purpose, in accordance with those established in the European Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) and the specific laws of the country and the region where the subject of the data is located.

By using Chekin services and consequently accepting its privacy policy, you agree that the accommodation owner, responsible for your personal data, stores and processes the personal data you provide to us for the purposes of using the platform. In any case, the USER is informed that the following treatments are carried out based on the information provided.

  1. What do we do with your data?

The treatments, and therefore, the use of personal data that are carried out are as follows:

-Management of stays, in order to control the stay in our accommodations.

-Information to the Authorities, as required by the Tourism regulations, since there may be a legal obligation to do so.

  1. What personal data do we process in the application?

The following data could be processed (there would be some regions where the collection of some data is not mandatory) for managing your stay and sending info to the Authorities: Name, Surname, Second Surname, Gender, Nationality, Citizenship, Birth Date, Birth Country, Birth City, Residence Country, Residence City, Residence Address, ID Type, ID Number, ID Date of issue, ID Country of Issue, ID City of Issue, Purpose of Stay, VISA Number, Signature.

  1. How long are they stored for?

In general, we store the information for the time necessary to carry out the different treatments, and at least, in accordance with tourism regulations, for a period of 3 years.

  1. To whom do we transfer data?

Any data that is collected by the accommodation owner, under no circumstances, will be transferred to third companies, except in the cases detailed below:

-All the aforementioned treatments are exclusively assigned to for the purposes of the complete management of the application.

-The transfer of treatments to the Authorities.

  1. Do we make automated decisions?

No, no automated treatment decisions are currently being made.

  1. Rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, portability of data and opposition.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, together with their right to oppose the automation of decisions, any user who has provided data to the accommodation owner has the following rights that they can exercise:

-Limitation of treatment.
-Portability of data.

The exercise of these rights must be carried out by means of a communication addressed, either to the postal address, or to the electronic address provided for this purpose (by the host), without prejudice to the use of any other valid means in law that allows the legally valid requirements to be fulfilled.

To prove your identity in case you want to exercise the aforementioned rights, we will need you to provide us:
-Name and surname of the interested party; copy of ID, passport or similar and, where appropriate, of the person representing him.
-Object of the request.
-Address for notification purposes, date and signature of the applicant.
-Documents supporting the petition of the petition formulated in the event that they are deemed convenient or necessary.


The guest should keep the property in good condition.

Pets in the rental property is not allowed.

Smoking in the rental property is not allowed.

The guest are not allowed to keep firearms, bows, and other weapons in the rental property.

The guest agree not to use the property in a way to disturb the peace in the surroundings or environment.

Privacy data

Calma Living S.L. stores guest data in these softwares: and 


Consumption is included in the price:
– Electricity
– Water
– Towels
– Bed linen
– Cleaning (included in the cleaning fee)
– Wifi

Everything above is covered by Calma Living S.L. in the rental price.

The price includes any legal TAX and VAT.


The guest is responsible for taking good care of the furniture and appliances. The guest will pay for any repair or replacement if the equipment was damaged during their stay. Guests can be held liable if anything is damaged.


The number of occupants will be 6 persons.

Penalty of lost keys:

There is a penalty cost of €1000 of lost keys.

Payment terms:

Calma Living S.L. claim the money in advance and will have the opportunity to withdraw the money as soon as your booking is completed.

Cancellation is non-refundable for any reason it is not Calma Living S.L. responsibility as we prepare, book and make accommodation available during the booked period. There is no refund whatever the reason.

Rules and Restrictions

According to Spanish law there must be no noise or music during night hours (11pm to 7am), noise from houses and premises cannot exceed 30 decibels.

No parties allowed.

Violation of Agreement

If there is a breach of the agreement to a significant extent, Calma Living S.L. possibility to terminate the agreement with 1 day’s notice. In the event of a breach of law, Calma Living S.L. contact local police.

Guests Who Won’t Leave

If guests do not leave the apartment after the end of the period and agreed check-out time, Calma Living will bill € 500 for each additional night the guest forces. If a guest settles the apartment and does not want to leave, then the local police will be contacted. In addition, a security company will be contacted who will remove guests. The guest will be made liable for all costs in a subsequent lawsuit.

Governing law

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of Spain, Malaga in Andalucia.

Security deposit

Deposit amount: only 100 Euro.
We only do “Pre-authorization” which means that there will not be deducted any amount from you credit or debit card. It’s just an authorization which means the system authorizes you to store the card temporarily in the system and the possibility to make a future charge if necessary.

Pool area in the building closes 21:00/9pm

After 21:00 (9pm) the pool door closes and does not allow to exit. Those people who are locked in because of not complying with this rule can call 663 490 704. This service has a cost of 200,00 EUROS.


By renting, you automatically accept our third party software and suppliers’ terms (, & The guest is responsible for reading these aloud before booking.

Kindly note that the apartment is NON-SMOKING and pets are not allowed.
